On August 22, 2024, eSatya successfully conducted a Virtual Blockchain 101 Session for the students of Prime College. The session is titled "Understanding Blockchain Wallet". The event attracted 15 enthusiastic participants and was spearheaded by Ms. Amina Manandhar, with Mr. Manjik Shrestha, an accomplished Blockchain Developer/Lead.
Mr. Manjik Shrestha started the session by discussing the Evolution of Web 3.0, focusing on the significant changes in Internet technology. He then gave an informative overview of Blockchain, explaining the basic concepts behind this groundbreaking technology. The conversation later moved to Blockchain Data Structure, providing a thorough explanation of how data is managed and protected within the blockchain, and also covered DeFi.
Following that, Mr. Manjik moved on to the topic related to the MetaMask wallet. He highlighted its popularity as a platform for interacting with decentralized applications (dApps) built on the blockchain. This was followed by a hands-on session demonstrating the functionalities of a blockchain wallet.
