We were honored to have Shristi Khayargoli lead a compelling session titled “Blockchain Meets the Ground: Lessons from Nepal & Beyond.” Her presentation focused on the real-world impact of blockchain technology, particularly in development and humanitarian sectors. Drawing from her experiences in Nepal and internationally, Shristi shared valuable insights on the potential and limitations of implementing decentralized technologies at the grassroots level.

Introduction to POAP

The event also featured an engaging session by Manjik Shrestha, who introduced attendees to POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol). He highlighted how POAPs serve as digital collectibles that verify attendance and participation, bringing a fun and meaningful layer to community engagement within the blockchain ecosystem.
