Our 50th eSatya Meetup was held on Friday, October 17, over Zoom. We welcomed Sea Ansley, a creative technologist, senior web developer, and founder of the AI Super Agency (AISA). With over 25 years of experience spanning tech, arts, and entrepreneurship, Sea brought a unique blend of logic, creativity, and real-world perspective to the discussion on AI’s global potential and Nepal’s local opportunities.
AI: From Myth to Machine
Sea kicked off by tracing the roots of AI from Alan Turing’s 1950 question, “Can machines think?” to today’s reasoning large language models (LLMs). He explained how AI has evolved through machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and autonomous agents, transforming how we build and communicate.
He quoted, “The interface isn’t code anymore, it’s conversation. If you can describe it, you can build it.”
Riding the AI Hype Curve
Sea broke down the AI hype curve, where every big tech wave moves from excitement → burnout → steady progress. He shared how AI is now entering the productivity phase, where creators can use it to build, test, and innovate faster than ever before.
His tip, “Look to the left of the curve, explore emerging tech before it blows up.” That’s how you stay ahead of the trend.
Nepal in the AI Era
Sea spotlighted SecurityPal, a Kathmandu-based company that reached a $105 million valuation by helping global firms like OpenAI and Figma with compliance. His point was clear: global value can be built locally. He urged the community to create AI models that understand Nepali language, culture, and context, saying: “Don’t just consume AI, teach it your story.”
Imagine a Nepali-owned AI cloud, powered by local hydropower, storing Nepali data, and serving global clients. That’s the kind of vision he painted.
Meet AISA — The AI Super Agency
Sea introduced AISA, its venture designed to empower solo founders and small teams by combining multiple AI tools into one unified system, turning them into “one-person, billion-dollar companies.”
What AISA offers:
💬 Intake Chat: A smart onboarding conversation that maps out your goals and creates a plan.
🧰 AI Tools Suite: Text-to-website builders, legal & tax helpers, and ethical lead generation.
🏙️ AI City Sim: A virtual city of up to 1 million AI agents for testing startup ideas, policies, and social experiments before launching in real life.
The vision: From idea → simulation → spin-out.
Web3 Meets Intelligence
Sea connected AI with decentralization, explaining how blockchain tech like IPFS, Filecoin, and smart contracts can make AI systems more transparent, community-owned, and ethical.
He even suggested Nepal could follow Bhutan’s path, using renewable energy to power AI data centers instead of crypto mining, turning clean energy into a digital advantage.
Tips & Tricks
Sea wrapped up with some practical answers for creators and developers:
💡Let AI interview you: prompts that ask you questions yield better results.
🔗Chain your tools: use GPT for ideas, Cursor for code, Runway for visuals.
❤️Stay human: “The future isn’t man vs machine; it’s man + machine.”
Takeaway
The session left everyone buzzing with ideas on how AI can amplify creativity, not replace it, and how Nepal can lead in ethical, human-centered innovation.
