What is NamchePoints ?
Loyalty points today are trapped in silos. Every merchant runs its own program, points live on that merchant's servers, and they can be silently expired or voided. Small local merchants cannot afford enterprise-grade loyalty, and customers juggle dozens of cards and apps while never truly owning their points or the spending data merchants quietly collect on them.
