This project outlines the development of a decentralized cooperative (sahakari) using Solidity smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain testnet. The system will implement core features including user registration, member management, governance, financial management, and communication tools. The cooperative operates for the mutual benefit of its members, prioritizing service over profit, and governed by democratic principles. The use of smart contracts will automate and enforce cooperative rules, enhancing member trust by ensuring that all transactions and decisions are transparent, immutable, and efficiently managed without intermediaries.
