What is eSatya ?
eSatya is a blockchain company by Rumsan Associates in Nepal that specializes in development, consulting and awareness. We believe blockchain technology can provide new infrastructure to build the next innovative applications beyond cryptocurrencies, driving profound, positive changes across business, communities and society. Satya (सत्य) is Nepali word for the truth. Blockchain is a potential “truth machine” for the world’s transactions. Hence, the name eSatya.
What is Blockchain?
Blockchain is a system of recording information in a digital way that makes it difficult or impossible to change, hack, or cheat the system. A blockchain is essentially a digital ledger of transactions that is duplicated and distributed across the entire network of computer systems on the blockchain network. Each block in the chain contains a number of transactions. Every time a new transaction occurs on the blockchain, a record of that transaction is added to every participant’s ledger. The decentralised database managed by multiple participants is known as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
